Ordering Refills

To order refills on a current prescription just complete the online ordering form below and submit. Be sure to check the prescription label beforehand to see if you have refills remaining.

PLEASE NOTE:

For prescription pick-up

• Please allow 24 hours for your prescription to be ready
• If you need your prescription within the next 24 hours, please call the pharmacy at (608) 263-9950 to speak with our staff.

For mail outs

• You must have a billing account established at the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital. A bill will be mailed to you.
• There is an added charge of $4.50 for U.S. Mail or UPS. Please allow at least 3 days for delivery.
• If you need next day FedEx delivery, please call the pharmacy at (608) 263-9950 to speak with our staff.
