Double contrast cystogram, an imaging study using positive and negative contrast (iodine based & carbon dioxide, respectively) to evaluate the urinary bladder. The bladder is normally tear-shaped; in this patient there are filling defects in the positive contrast (white) in the neck of the bladder and changes to the lumbar spine. Final diagnosis was bladder tumor with spread to the spinal column.
