osteosarcoma of the distal radius

Lameness

Osteoarthritis or juvenile skeletal diseases that cause lameness can be diagnosed with routine radiography. Occasionally advanced imaging (diagnostic nuclear medicine, CT, or MRI) may be employed. A common injury in large breed, active dogs is a cranial cruciate ligament rupture. This injury is synonymous with a football knee injury. One of the treatment options offered by the orthopedic service is stabilization surgery, which helps prevent the progression of arthritis.
